RACHEL GEARS

Rachel has been with Seaside for a little over a year. She also works for Perspectives Corporation, supporting adults with disabilities. She lives on a farm in Dunn’s Corners and has many goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, a pot-bellied pig, and one big cow! Her house pets include 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a goldfish.

She spends her time feeding animals and is currently working on her RN degree from the Community College of Rhode Island.

SUE HENDERSON, CVT

sue has over 20 years experience as a veterinary technician. she is certified in the state of Connecticut, and the state of rhode island . she earned her animal science degree from becker college in massachusetts. as a member of the northeast border collie association, she works in depth with the herding breeds,and has had champions in herding, flyball, & canine disc. she enjoys showing her 13 year old morgan horse and spending time in the white mountains with her 3 great kids & 2 dogs!

CAITLIN JOHNSON

caitlin is a recent graduate of the university of rhode island where she double majored in biology & animal science. She has worked with horses and other farm animals for over 15 years & recently returned from Kentucky where she worked rehabilitating race horses. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horse, abbey & playing with her dogs, ellie & rosie.
