Judith Glowicz D.V.M. graduated the University of Rhode Island in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Veterinary Science.  She then attended the University of Florida in the College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.  In her final year of schooling she worked in an externship at Littleton Large Animal Clinic in Littleton, Colorado and an externship at Southwest Equine Hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 1989 Judy began her career as an associate veterinarian at the South County Veterinary Hospital/ Washington County Veterinary Hospital in South Kingston, RI.  Judy eventually settled down in Westerly, RI in 1991 where she has been an associate veterinarian working for John Turco at Turco Animal Hospital up until this past February.  For the past year Judy has also been working part time at Stonington Veterinary Hospital.

Starting March 14th she will be providing her own veterinary services and farm call services through Seaside Veterinary Services, LLC!  Dr. Glowicz primary expertise is in the area of Canines and Felines, and recognizing there is a need for a doctor of veterinary medicine to provide services for owners of Small Ruminants, she will be offering care for these animals as well.  Judy has a strong commitment to continuing her education and attends multiple conferences every year to hone in her skills in the area of these animals.
