Seaside Veterinary Services LLC Practice Policies

Spay Neuter:

• Spays and neuters are performed in our mobile clinic
• Animals must be examined prior to surgery and be current on basic vaccinations. this requires 2 appointments; 1st appointment for exam/vaccinations and 2nd for surgery

Payment:

• Payment due at time of services rendered
• All major credit cards, cash and checks accepted

Regular Clients:

******UNDER MOST CIRCUMSTANCES, OUR REGULAR CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED EMERGENCY SERVICES BY US DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS EXCEPT SUNDAY (our day of rest).********

written prescriptions:

Seaside veterinary services is pleased to say that we make every attempt to match pet meds pricing for prescriptions as a coutesy for our existing clients. however, in the event that clients may request a written prescription for medications that we currently stock, the doctors will gladly offer to do this provided the pet meets exam and bloodwork requirements ensuring the safe administration of that medication. please note that There may be a nominal fee ($0-$35 generally) associated with patient/record review times necessary for the doctor writing prescriptions; Prescription service cost depending on the time required to review patients case and whether or not we stock the medication.

Cancellations/no show policy:

seaside veterinary services requires 24 hour notice for cancellation of appointments, and 72 hour notice for cancellation of surgical procedures.

We understand that life can get a little crazy for all of us, and that its not always possible to keep appointments. Your scheduled appointment is the time we set aside for your pet to see the doctor. please keep in mind that with notice the doctor can potentially take care of another pet in need.

Repeated no-shows for appointments will be charged a $38 fee, and a non refundable prepaid deposit of $50 to reschedule missed surgery appointments may also be required. (The deposit would be applied toward the cost of the surgery in this case)
